Skills and CompetenciesDuties & Responsibilities	• Notifying deep cleaning requirements to the COVID-19 Emergency Response Team • Assist and provide guidance to customers on COVID-19 Health & Safety processes • Respond to customers queries on COVID-19 Health & Safety • Handover of case management to fellow employee before next shift • Capture COVID-19 cases on Positive Case Log • Capture all cleaning certificates on the cleaning schedule • Prepare and manage Health and Safety system on the allocated site/s • Provide management with monthly reports • Assess Health, Safety and Environmental risks in relation to COVAD-19 • Implement SHE systems in accordance with legislation& ISO • Always drive SHE compliance • Establish SHE committee in accordance with legislation • Investigate Health & Safety incidents • Conduct Health and Safety Audits as prescribed in law and policy • Ensure risk assessments are conducted as per Policy • Compile and submit H&S reports • Review H&S incidents related to Covad-19 to ensure corrective actions are implemented • Adhere to the Tsebo Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System’s Policies & Procedures as applicable to this position • Any reasonable action requested by management
• Occupational Health & Safety Act and COIDA • Health & Safety System • Knowledge (ISO 9001:2000 – 18001 – 14001 • Facility Management • Sound knowledge of Domestic & Industrial cleaning practices • Basic knowledge of Environmental legislation • Waste Management procedures
Qualifications	• Grade 12 • Diploma in Safety Management or SAMTRAC 1 + 2 • Risk Management (NOSA/IRCA or equivalent) • Environmental Management (preferable) • Minimum of 2-3Years Health and safety experience
